Semmes Named to U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 Best Companies to Work For
Semmes is honored to be named to U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 Best Companies to Work For among U.S. law firms. The rankings were released on February 19.

Guided by a panel of experts, U.S. News’ editors conducted an objective, data-driven analysis of law firms on six factors that are important to employee wellbeing and job satisfaction, including:
- Quality of pay and benefits
- Work/life balance and flexibility
- Job and company stability
- Physical and psychological comfort
- Belongingness and esteem
- Career opportunities and professional development
Firms for which U.S. News has sufficient data to do an evaluation were rated on each of the six factors. Firms with the highest composite scores for the six factors were included in the Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms 2025 list.
