Todd E. Saucedo is a principal in the firm’s Litigation Practice and the Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Practice. Todd represents employers and insurance companies in the defense of worker’s compensation claims in the District of Columbia, Maryland and before the U.S. Department of Labor for claims arising under the Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation. His practice involves representation of employers and management in labor and employment related issues. An experienced litigator, Todd handles claims and counsels clients on matters involving harassment, retaliation, ADA compliance, and wage hour violations. Todd regularly provides training to claims representatives on methods to efficiently defend and resolve workers’ compensation claims.

Todd received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in history with a focus on the impact of the civil rights movement on executive branch policy in the 1950s and 60s. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
