Sofian Kherdeen

Experience

Sofian Kherdeen is an associate in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation & Employers’ Liability Practice Group. He represents Employers and Insurers before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and in appellate proceedings, and assists with all phases of claims, including litigation preparation, discovery, and legal research.

He is experienced in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, and developing case strategy.

Prior to joining the firm, Sofian practiced with a Maryland litigation firm, where he handled civil matters involving tort and insurance defense claims. He also gained experience through clerkships with Maryland law firms, assisting with discovery, deposition preparation, and legal research. While in law school, he contributed to the publication Maryland Law of Confessions.
