Mr. Phillips has experience in all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented both large and small clients in a wide array of matters before both judges and juries. Mr. Phillips serves as National Coordinating Counsel for a supplier of various types of products and equipment and coordinates the company’s defense of asbestos suits nationally.
