Experience

Sarah A. Zadrozny is counsel in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on representing and defending clients in matters involving personal injury and premises liability.

Prior to joining Semmes, Sarah defended insureds in matters involving wrongful death, personal injury, toxic torts, premises liability, construction defects, and contested liability issues at a local law firm. She has also litigated breach of contract, fraud, collections, and landlord/tenant matters.

Sarah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul J. Hanley of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County from 2014 to 2015. She began her legal career advocating on behalf of consumers seeking class action relief for violations of RESPA and other federal laws. Most recently, she investigated violations of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act by pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacies for their respective roles in the opioid epidemic as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General.
