With over 45 years of experience in the legal industry, Mr. Rose’s expertise in workers’ compensation defense and insurance fraud is formidable. He represents insurers, self-insurers, employers and municipalities. He plays significant roles in Workers’ Compensation within the Maryland Compensation Commission, the Maryland State Legislature, and in the community.
