Attorney Pascal Moleus is an Associate in Semmes’ Litigation Group. He maintains a general practice focusing on insurance coverage, insurance defense, products liability, and construction litigation.
Prior to joining Semmes, Attorney Moleus was an Associate Attorney for over five years with a prominent Prince George’s County, Maryland law firm where his practice focused on representing personal injury plaintiffs in cases before Maryland district and circuit courts and before the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Mr. Moleus received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications from Boston College, and his Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law. While attending American University, he was selected as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society and named captain of the Society’s ABA Mediation Competition Team. Also as a student, he served as an Articles Editor for the American University Labor & Employment Forum, one of only three student-edited publications dedicated exclusively to the topics of labor and employment law.
Attorney Moleus is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland, and the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association.
In addition to English, Mr. Moleus speaks Spanish and Haitian Creole.
