LaTonya D. Reynolds is counsel in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Her practice focuses on the representation of management in all facets of federal, state, and local employment law with particular emphasis on employee discipline and termination, wage and hour compliance, accommodations, leaves of absence, reductions-in-force, labor/employee relations, and Title VII matters.

LaTonya has extensive experience in employment law and litigation, having been a senior employment law attorney for a financial services company with over 10,000 employees with operations in 44 states and Canada, as well as the senior counsel to management regarding employment matters involving several different classes of employees, including Merit System, union, seasonal, temporary, and police employees.

She is well-versed in matters relating to the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRB, WARN Act, and various state/local laws. She has led internal investigations of EEO complaints and handled many administrative charges. LaTonya also has collaborated with internal teams to draft employment policies and create training programs for diverse audiences, including tailoring such trainings for the intended audience.

Prior to her work in employment law, LaTonya held several positions as a securities and investment advisory attorney. In addition to her J.D., she holds a B.A. in economics and a M.B.A. in finance.
