Kenneth M. Shaffrey represents employers and insurers in all manner of litigation regarding workers’ compensation law throughout the state of Maryland. Kenneth represents employers, insurers and self-insurers, in defense of workers’ compensation claims. From the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission to the various circuit courts throughout the state of Maryland, he defends the interests of employers and insurers. He has also presented numerous seminars to employers and insurers throughout the state.
