Experience
Joseph F. Giordano is the managing principal of the Virginia office of Semmes. He has twenty years of civil litigation experience before various state and federal courts and administrative agencies in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Joseph’s practice includes extensive experience in workers’ compensation and employer’s liability law, products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle torts, and commercial litigation. His practice involves the defense of large companies, such as insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and third-party administrators. He regularly counsels clients on legal issues concerning potential litigation. Additionally, Joseph is a regular lecturer, who routinely provides client seminars and updates in various areas of the law as well as training for members of the legal community. He has been inducted as a life member in The National Registry of Who’s Who.
