Experience
Jacqueline Ridgell represents employers, insurers and self-insured employers in all phases of workers’ compensation claims. She brings to her practice more than 15 years of experience working as a senior staff attorney for The Hartford insurance company, where she handled a variety of employment issues, including workers’ compensation claims and related litigation. She has argued cases before the Maryland and D.C. state courts, including the Courts of Appeals, circuit courts, Superior Court and the administrative agencies for workers’ compensation. Jacqueline also worked as a senior staff attorney for the State of Maryland Injured Workers’ Insurance Fund where she handled an extensive caseload. She also has litigated cases concerning the Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.
