Experience
Eric M. Leppo is a principal in the Litigation Department and has been with the firm since 2007. Eric maintains a general litigation practice that includes product liability, toxic tort, auto tort, trucking, construction, insurance defense, as well as insurance regulation and compliance work. His practice includes both state and federal trial and appellate work, as well as representation of clients before the Maryland Insurance Commissioner, and the Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings. Prior to joining the firm, Eric was a law clerk to the retired and visiting judges for the Baltimore City Circuit Court.
