Bryce Gartner is an attorney in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability practice group. He represents employers and insurers in all phases of workers’ compensation claims in Maryland.
Bryce regularly represents clients before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and assists in handling matters on appeal. He advises clients on claims strategy, including the evaluation of medical records, benefit entitlement, and litigation approach. His practice includes all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and settlement.
Prior to joining the firm, Bryce represented both employers and insurers, as well as claimants, in workers’ compensation matters. This experience provides him with a practical understanding of case evaluation and advocacy from multiple perspectives.
Bryce received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served as President and Vice President of the Business and Tax Law Association and was a member of the University’s Diversity Council. He earned his B.A. in Government & Politics and Sociology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
