Brian Rollyson is an Associate in the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability Practice. He represents employers and insurance companies in the defense of workers’ compensation claims.

Brian received his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Salisbury. He earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he served as Editor for the University of Maryland Journal of Health Care Law and Policy.

He was a Judicial Law Intern and Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Cheryl A. McCally of the Montgomery County Circuit Court. He was also a Legal Intern for Ray Pilkerton of the Montgomery County State’s Attorneys Office and for Delegate Kelly Schulz of the Maryland General Assembly, whom he helped run and organize her 2014 re-election campaign.

Prior to joining Semmes, he was a Workers’ Compensation Attorney for a prominent Baltimore law firm.
