Anthony R. Coppola is counsel in the firms Litigation Practice Group. Tony is an appellate and commercial litigator with more than 18 years of experience representing clients in complex disputes at both the trial and appellate levels. His practice focuses on appellate advocacy and high-stakes business litigation in state and federal courts. Tony has represented businesses and high-profile clients in commercial litigation, including matters involving professional sports organizations and team ownership groups.

An experienced appellate advocate, Tony has represented clients before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the U.S. Department of Labor Benefits Review Board. He routinely handles appeals involving complex legal, statutory, and regulatory issues, and has extensive experience drafting appellate briefs, petitions, and dispositive motions.
