Affirmative Action


Semmes represents management in a wide range of compliance matters, including development, implementation and monitoring of affirmative action programs for federal contractors and subcontractors as required by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) under Executive Order 11246 and its implementing regulations; representation of federal contractors and subcontractors in affirmative action audits instituted by OFCCP.
